Pate Greening, broker/owner of Reliable Real Estate, has been with Reliable Management for over a decade. The management company was established in 1972, prior to Pate owning it. After becoming one of the largest management companies in East Texas, it made sense to open a sister company, in which Reliable Real Estate began. Pate has served as a Board of Director for the Texas Apartment Association and the Greater Longview Area Apartment Association for many years. Other involvement consist of: President of the Gregg County Area Go Texans and President of the Wildwood Homeowners Association. He has been recognized as Person of the Year, Manager of the Year and Member of the year by the Greater Longview Apartment Association.
